dumb bitch jumped out infront of me at an intersection. She came from a stop sign, and I T-Boned her, cop issued her the ticket for failure to give me right of way...DUMB BITCH she pissed me off so bad. That shit was crazy though, never had airbags deploy on me. I'm fine, just cut up my hand a lil from whatever the fuck. Still GAY AS FUCK though. See you guys in a couple weeks.

i LOVE when something stupid someone else does on the road causes good drivers pain and the stress of finding a new vehicle. LOVE IT. i've been rear-ended like 3 times, so i know how much that blows. even a little bump is enough to piss you off. anyway, good luck on the car search and the hydro cell.

but since its her fault, his insurance company wont wanna pay and if she doesnt have insurance, hes SOL unless he bought uninsured motorist insurance which is a total fucking steal.

she has full coverage...she's only been driving a year I guess (had to have been 17-19) and it was obviously her parents hand me down or some present she received. My insurance should work with me on this one, cause both I and the cops agree it was her fault. I am just hoping teh insurance actually gives me enough loot to work with. The car is definitely fixable, we'll just have to see how much the damage accumulates to.

just from the pictures, most of the damage is going to be superficial.

you might have some radiator or fan damage, but im almost willing the bet the engine and transmission are fine. the timing might have shifted which is the only real damage i see to the engine.

more likely the timing shifted if your engine is using a belt rather than a chain.

If your airbags deploy it's almost guaranteed to be declared totaled. Unless it's a new car.

yeah it was declared totaled, an air bag alone is like 1.5-2g's so replacing both, plus the cosmetic damage easily outweighed the car's value. It's all good now, gots me a new ride....pics coming soon
